The Appraisal

Once your offer is accepted I will need to order a report from a licensed appraiser. The appraiser’s report will give the bank assurance that they lending on solid collateral. The appraisal and appraisal contingencies are often the longest part of the escrow, so you want to get them ordered and in place as soon as you know the transaction is going to move forward
