When
Can I Move In?
After the final paperwork has been
signed, it is usually a two to three day process. The bank will need to wire
funds to the escrow, and you will be coming in with your down payment. The next
day, the county will record the deed to public record and the property will be
yours. The only obligations from here are furnish and enjoy your new home!
